Do EA actually ever respond to any questions either by email or any other method. Over the years I've written to various software houses on software queries and eventually I've had a reply and they've been helpful. Also, other software houses seem to be grateful for feedback so they can make better games or patches for existing games.

Why are EA so unique in that:

(1) They never reply to any emails.
(2) They take ZERO notice of feedback.
(3) Any suggestions for improvements are totally ignored even when it's obvious that a huge majority feel a certain way.

I have never in my life come across such arrogance from any company in the way it treats it's customers. Not just in the gaming industry but anywhere.

Most comanies have a "the customer is King" policy but Ea seem to adopt a "the customer is a piece of **** to be milked for as much money as possible" policy.

The sooner a rival brings out a decent soccer title for the Pc, the better then we can all treat EA like they've treated us.

I have Fifa 2002 for PS2. During my Premiership season I noticed I could not change formations or adjust that Defend/Attack slider when I was the home team, in a season game.

I found an email address on their web site and I got a response the next day.
It said they were able to make these adjustments and told me to unplug any third party controllers or remote controls (but I didn't have any).
Since then I have seen the same issue described in the EA forums.

This is a straightforward and factual example of an issue that seemed to be handled quickly and inaccurately.

Really? Ahahahah!

I have a friend that used this little program to vote for Figo in an online poll promoted by a spanish sports' newspaper, letting it run all night. He checked the result next morning and it was something like "Fgo-95%, Raul-2%...". He got a reply from the newspaper in the same morning. Here's a transcript:
