Do EA actually ever respond to any questions either by email or any other method. Over the years I've written to various software houses on software queries and eventually I've had a reply and they've been helpful. Also, other software houses seem to be grateful for feedback so they can make better games or patches for existing games.
Why are EA so unique in that:
(1) They never reply to any emails.
(2) They take ZERO notice of feedback.
(3) Any suggestions for improvements are totally ignored even when it's obvious that a huge majority feel a certain way.
I have never in my life come across such arrogance from any company in the way it treats it's customers. Not just in the gaming industry but anywhere.
Most comanies have a "the customer is King" policy but Ea seem to adopt a "the customer is a piece of **** to be milked for as much money as possible" policy.
The sooner a rival brings out a decent soccer title for the Pc, the better then we can all treat EA like they've treated us.
