Does anyone know if there are any graphics software, which can allow me to do the following:

1) Rotate Images to any point i.e. not just at the 90, 180, 270 etc. degree angles

2) Resample images without losing any quality

Most importantly do both 1 and 2 without losing image qulaity

Any suggestions will be greatful

Pretty much any image editing program will let you do those those things, the rotation to any angle is dead easy in Photoshop...instead of rotating the objects from the pull-down menu where the only options you get are 180, 90, etc...just click on the 'move' tool and check the box at the top that says "show bounding box", then click and hold near one of your images corners and rotate manually.

Image quality is all in how you optimize your images when saving..

Remember....PSP7 for beginners and Photoshop for Advance.............I suggest PSP7.....(Really good)
