He's been doing very well lately, and he's been receiving praise from everyone, including me. His stats have skyrocketed. But he's now learning Italian.:confused: Does that mean that he wants a move abroad?:(

by the way the dude was playing in italy before :)
Also there are chances that he is interested to play there someday. in my team riise speaks 5 languages and is still happy to stay at club. don't praise your player too much. they may ill performed due to over praising.

I know he is learning italian because before, all he spoke was English and french and now he has a basic language of Itlain.;)

Yeah, how do you praise a player when the media doesn't praise him? and how do you ... unpriase a player when you feel he's too complacent?

if praise him whenever the media praise him dude :)
if the player doesn't deserve any praise i just refuse to comment on what the media said. Sometimes player who plays very well with a form or 9-9-9-10 never get praised by the media while those with strings of 8 do. i have once experience poor performance from a player just after i praised.
i think as a good manager you should never praise your player too much.

You are wrong... that he is learning italian doesnt means that he will moved to an italian team. SOmetimes players learns languages but they dont move there... it's only means that he are thinking to move, but the most of times he continues playing for you.

Most important is: what say on future box? he says that he is happy with your team and with you?

Well he says that he thinks that the club have a good dressing room atmosphere and he's enthusiastic about his future at the club.:)
