Well i've been reading posts lately and I've come up with a list of things (mostly important) needed in FIFA 2000. (Note I'll be editing this list a lot)
--------------------------------------

*African Leagues Teams (Nothing for the african's and fans to do except play our own National teams ( 5 or 8 of them... http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/frown.gif)

*More skills ( Ability to choose what moves your team can do ) ( and/or just more button combos to use )

*Improved Jersey use ( additional number of jerseys to use/make, upto 70-80 wouldn't be bad. )

*African Leagues Teams ( I can't stress this enough. I know that it would be a little impossible to get all leagues from Africa, so instead how about the best African League teams http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/biggrin.gif)

*Improved player movement (For the goalies, they should be more vulnerable and make a bit more mistakes. Also they need to be a bit more aggressive For example: The opposing player charges down the box with the ball, before the player reaches the box, the goal should and shouldn't put pressure at him by diving in front of the other guys feet. Also make the dives a little shorter depending on the goalies stats.)(For regulare Attack/'D' players, they should be more slower and fluid in their movement. Its like were playing Sonic The Hedgeog Soccer or something when they dash near the sidelines. Also make it even better for them to miss headers. The computer ALWAYS gets o head the ball if your plyer isn't in front of it. Also, make it possile to move when your about to head a ball. Its like oyu get frozen the minute your player is in sight of the ball)

*Better Training Mode ( Add a how-to-do cinema in FIFA 2000. Just like the
Out-Of-Play cinemas in FIFA 99 after a goal, except you can choose which ones to view. It would really help some "experts" and newbies. For example: A how to do a header cinema)

*Bring back the Indoor Soccer Stadium and add two more!!! This was the sole reason for FIFA 98 and its sequels becoming popular in my own words... trust me on this

*Improved faces ( I know that you're already working on this, but some of the screen shots I have seen don't have really good faces...)

*Easter Eggs (I've noticed that in the NBA Live series they have these. Well why not have them again in FIFA 2000? Add a little more spice to FIFA. EA should use the previous codes from 98 and add a few more intresting things like the classic "EA Dream Team" and a "FIFA Dream Team." Also add Extra Balls [More than one soccer ball in a game http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif], And other unique things )

*Patch/addon/Online-Downloading for adding extra things into FIFA 2000 (There should be a patch to add Internet Play, Extra Leagues and Teams, and for jersey updates) Also, it should have the ability of being uninstalled.

That's all i have for now... more updates on this! Tell me what you think! I'd appreciate it. http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/wink.gif

In all respect and peace, I don't agree with your comments, especially about adding two balls and all that unique stuff including cheat codes. FIFA is for Football lovers, not for arcade lovers who are trying to invent another game out of the allready beautiful game we have.
Peace.

"Real football lovers?" Do you even know me? I'm not taking it too personal, but you're going to call me an "Arcade Lover" that is trying to change a game from how beautiful it already is. For goodness sake, my nick is Nigerian. That SHOULD tell you something. I've played soccer since I could even kick a ball. Since I was little. I enjoy soccer (or futbol as it is globally known). All I had wrote/given were a few SIMPLE and possibly NEEDED suggestions for a game I love.

I don't know if you consider yourself the "Truest football fan of all true football fans", but if you enjoy the game, lets leave it at that!

At that note, I have even more suugestions for the game we all call FIFA 2000.

Peace (and stop crying! REX http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/wink.gif) J/K

That was cool!
I think it would much better if we could download whatever leagues we want from EA's site without replacing other leagues.
And I'd like to play with many balls like Mitre in Premier league, Nike and Select in Serie A, Adidas in Bundesliga.

Peace V

I think EA should allow users the options to customise more options such as random long/short sleeves, more kit rooms and designs including customising your own sponsors (much like NASCAR customisation), keys customisation and so on. The key here is option for user customisation. I am sure there are a lot of people out there that would love to customise their FIFAs but not given the option. Perhaps EA Sports should allow put put in two CDs for data and allow users to custom install as well as user customisation for gameplays.
how about it guys?
