does anyone know how to add a counter to a site which will count each time a file is download

That must be something to do with PHP.......
First.....Check ur hosting if it does support PHP and MySQL....

Then go to

www.hotscripts.com and click PHP and search there.......
I remembered once that I've downloaded some codes from there including the 'PHP Hit Counter'.........
