In Fifa 99 when u select random weather u are able to see miracles!For instance snow in Turin in the middle of the summer or fully glowing sun in the middle of winter in Kiev!!!!So what I want to say is that weather must be relevant to the places and the time of period.Also add more stadiums-and important ones(you cant have Istampul and dont have OAKA of Athens!!!).Last things are 2 questions:
a)Will as leagues advance the other teams also logically transfer?(GOOD IDEA)
b)Will players advance or worsen?(With every game they play they should get better or worse depending on how well they played-and this would be adding to your skill points or automatically removing from the field the player was bad at).

Also the number of the fans should depend in tha rate of the game.When 2 bad teams play not so much crowd should come.Also it could depend on the transfers(difficult)or on the teams rate of fans eg Manchester Utd whatever happens has always a full stadium.
