Tario9, what do you have FIFA 99 on PSX or N64, if you do have it?

I think on PC you have about 2119 transfers...

On the PC version of FIFA 99 :-

Transfers allowed : 3000
Player Edits allowed : Not sure...
Team edits allowed : 200
