Can you import music into FIFA 2000 without overwriting existing .str files. ie. can you create a fifa0008.str file?

Also, what is the best way of converting the existing fifa 2000 music into wav or mp3 format, bearing in mind I know nothing about this kind of thing.

You can use the Ditty Importer to convert the current Fifa Music back into wav, or MP2 format.

As far as getting your extra music to play as well as the original music it should be possible. Once you have created a fifa0008.stf file I think you have to edit the music.inf file, the one that lists the songs 0 to 7. I am not sure about this though, perhaps someone else can help.

where do you get the ditty importer from?

I tried editing the inf file, game bombed out as soon as i started it.

But I've sussed it and I'm replacing the crappy songs with my fave Madness songs, and the Liquidator from Harry J
