I cant stand people saying that its always the refs fault .I doubt you people would do a better job .First,Italy-Romania ,Italy is clearly supperior defensively than romania ,its great for Romania to have possesion ,but other than that they couldnt get past the defenders .When Iuliano fell in the box and the player was one on one with the goalkeeper,who knew a backup defensemen would come to block his shot ,but Italy is just too strong in defense .The Hagi incident,it was a clear dive ,3 different TV station said so ,the ref was just there when it happened ,people who werent either Italian or Romainian said so ,and the replay clearly showed that hagi dived ,so dont argue with that ,the only people who just keeps saying that it should of been a Penalty shots are Romanian people themselves .Just accept the ****n loss ,it hurts ,but still have some respect for the winning teams .
