i used some editor from a french site
it let me apply the changes the player needed!
but when i played the faces were completely different than the original ones! i didn't edit player appearance!

How do i make it right??? but with the new stats...?

You don't have to be furious about anything.. just don't use it. You got a problem with the FCDB XP Editor... there's a simple solution - make a better one.

I'm sure we'd all be happy to use the bug-free editor that you'd come up with.

People put in an awful lot of time and energy to make these FREE editors and add ons. A change in your attitude, and someone might actually try and help you fix your problem..

i'm sorry for being blunt or aggressive, and not being cool, I know i should thank the french guys for making the editor! and you're right in everything.

I use to write as things are happening to me, that's why i was so blunt.
I don't have the skill or resources to make one cause I don't even know how the database is done.

So Sorry to french editor makers.

It's just good to remember that all the patches and utilities that you download are made by real people out of their own generosity and desire to make the game better.

As for your question, I'm no expert on FCDB XP, but I've heard that it can corrupt your .dbi files. What you should try is to make a back up of 'clean' .dbi files and then make some changes to the players stats.. then check to see if anything else changes. If it does, try again with your 'clean' files and makesome more changes and see if the results are the same. That way you'll know if it's a random corruption of the files, or something you're doing.

It's not perfect, but at least its a start.

This is slightly off topic, but could you please tell me how to use the editor to edit fifa world cup? ive downloaded both fed2002 and fcdb xp and i cant find the world cup files to be edited..
