When the computer is ahead in the score I often see the goal keeper making arm movements intended to delay the game. Can I also make this movement? (I have a sidewinder gamepad)

Simply don't touch anything when you're the keeper and you got the ball. The game will randomly make your keeper do that movement itself. But if that didn't work, letting the keeper standing there holding the ball is already a type of delaying the game...

But I understand that the goalkeeper with

he has about six seconds to hold it.

wasting. Does Fifa99 applies here? or rather
Fifa2000. I was dissapointed that there will
