I dld the Matrix trailer but when I try to open it, Quicktime says a required compressor could not be found. What do I do?:(

u need to update a file.. just play the clip while u are online i think it will update itself.. that particular file is called quicktime essentials.qtx u can find this file in your windows\system\quicktime directory... hope this help...;)
