I just upgraded my Sis730 to GF3Ti200. The game used to run fine (at 640*480 ;)) on my previous card, but i am having problems running the game with the new one. I get black/blue areas in almost half of the screen. I have the 28.32 drivers. Can anyone tell me what the problem could be?

Try go to www.nvidia.com and dl the Detonator driver. Go to the Download Drivers part and pick your OS to dl it.

the best thing to do is to get the driver from the manufacturer website... if it is an elsa go the their homepage... if it is a unbranded GF3 then just go to nvidia like what can't stop the rush said...

download reference drivers from nvidia.com instead of manufacturer drivers

reference drivers increase performance
i was playing Day Of defeat with 60 fps before on my Geforce 4 (!!!!!!!! so little u say?)
with reference drivers i get like 400 + fps
but the game is limited to 100 fps only, sad......

I have tried different drivers, both from the manufacturer, and also the detonator drivers from the nvidia. But to no avail. Can you tell me, what basically are reference drivers??

Of nvidia if nothing try 3rd parties downloads!

reference drivers are detonator drivers :rolleyes:
