I make some editions in FEd but which files should i zip and send to fifa99.net ? pls help

As far as I know, it is all the files which end in .db such as xfer.db on't forget to include a readme

It depends on which files you've edited!

Did you save the changes permanently? Then you have edited the *.dbi files which are in the data/cmn/fe folder!

Or did you edit the user files? I mean did you use the import/ export function? Then you changed the *.db files which are in the user folder!
