Ok the Winning Eleven and PES series are basically the same games, except the WE series are released in Japan.....the PES series are released in Europe.
Winning Eleven 5 is the same as Pro Evolution Soccer...
Winning Eleven 6 is the same as the up and comin PES 2 (obviously with minor changes)....
Now the ISS series of games are made by a different development team at Konami. Its more on the arcade side of football compared to the simulation sides of WE and PES..... Also most people dont like these games compared to WE and PES.
A game is out now called Jikkyou World Soccer 2002 for the PC (and GC and PS2)....From what ive heard this is just the Japanese version of ISS 2.....and most people dont like it.

unfortunately no, UEFA CL 2001 sucks compared to WE6...
btw. same with basketball games, there's only NBA Live for PC but MUCH BETTER games like Sega's NBA 2k2 for consoles...
i dont know why they dont develop them for pc...
