i actually dont know any of these games as i dont have playstation 2 .any one of these games available in pc?

Has to be PES. Fantastic gameplay and some awesome graphics make this game the best ever. Cant wait for PES2 in october.

TIF is alright, but doesnt last very long, it has some good graphics, especially the stadiums and faces, but animations are dodgy, and gameply is too predictable.

This is a loaded question. There will always people who prefer one game over another. Editing and licensing freaks will always prefer FIFA because they care more about graphics and actual license than gameplay. If you don't believe that than just look at this forum and see how many post are actually about gameplay and how many are about editing graphics. One wonders if people actually spent more time playing or editing FIFA. If you want actual gameplay and get a close to life football experience, PES/WE is the way to go.
