well grassy what i dont get is why you would dis microsoft

and then be adraid of using linux. linux is free so u can download it off the internet.

plus what has microsoft done to your pc? that makes it so bad...everyone uses their software and linux

plus you say you want something thats cost very little and where microsoft can go kiss you ***. well use linux and i guarantee the average home user will get tired and go back to windows

I am a very hard one to please . . . I'll admit that :eek:

It'd be good to have something completely diff so windows, however not linux . . . i know theres nothing here at the moment really but if something did come along i'd consider it.

I just don't like windows . . . I've used them since 3.1 and to be honest . . . they're taking people for a row, because there is no competition hardely :(

if we had 5 or 6 os's instead 2 or 3 it would be much better.

I am very happy with the machine I've got right now. I used to want to have the best videocards and so, but I hardly play any games anymore so I don't realy care. My 1.4 Ghz AMD and 256 DDR Ram plus GeForce 2 MX is doing very well. Happy with it.

My computer i have now.

1.6 GHz Intel Pentium 4

512 MB PC2100 DDR SDRAM memory

60 Gb Ultra DMA Hard Drive

CD-RW 16 * 8 * 40

GeForce2 MX 400 (64MB SD RAM)

well mebbe not exact same thing :rolleyes: , i jus realized that the gateway one has a dvd-r , mine doesnt :( , but my keyboard and mouse are better cause they are both wireless and the my mouse is optical as well :D, and my speakers are not boston but they are altec lansing.
