We have noticed many threads that are about Warez and Cracks.

Warning doesn't matter. As it is clearly stated, no warez talk is permitted, and as consistent with the policy, he was red carded immediately.

This topic should have been closed a long time ago, moderators.

SBF will be allowed to post freely in 24-hours after his suspension and because this was not reported to me, I am vetoing this decision. The reason(s) are as follows:

1) In some cases, there are exceptions. I will give you an example of the stupidity of "zero tolerance." The example is the United States public school system, where there is a zero tolerance policy on anything that could be seen as a dangerous weapon. A kid brings a compass for math class--expelled. A child brought a plastic butter-knife for lunch and he was expelled. I want the moderators/adminstrators to use their brains, not just do it because policy says so.

It's kind of hypocritical but it's about using your head. SBF, you should do the same, though. If it does happen again, no matter under any circumstances, you will be gone for good.
