For anyone who who wants a Working Psx Emulator, here is the Url, you can either purchase it from here or find it elsewhere, this Emu is the only one that i have found that will run Iss Pro Evolution on my pc...
Bleem and PsxEmu wouldn't even read the disk,

do u just put a psx disk into your cd-rom drive???

You will have to visit the url i posted in the original message and read up about the program...the prices are on view on that site,...The software is installed onto your hard drive, then all you do is configure the controls, and then put a PSX cd into your cd rom, and away you go...no emulator is perfect, but this one is the best one i have tried out so far, if it kicks into Iss football games it cant be bad....

thats quite a lot well i suppose its easier that buying a psx and the games u can play with it are quite a lot(according to the list of playable games they made!)

Well, it's $49 US, and maybe add on any credit card/currency/postage and the likes..then convert it all over to your own currency and see if there is any value in the deal, and of course will you use it to its full extent if you ever buy it..I have noticed of late that quite a few PSX games are getting ported over to the PC..EG:> Final Fantasy and Dino Crisis...I only use the program to get into the psx football games, i never use it for anything else..
