Where do I have to put the kits.big?

In the folder where your FIFA 2002 is installed (for example C:\Program Files\EA Sports\FIFA 2002), there is a data\player folder. Depending on the type of install you chose, the kits.big may/may not have been copied from the CD into this folder. If it isn't there, copy it (make the folder structure if you have to). You may also have to turn off the Read-Only flag if you want to modify it.

My kits.big is at D:\Program Files\World Cup\data\player. But still the error messages.

Oye con este programa puedo convertir las xgk 2 a version 1? lo que pasa es que la version 2 me alentan mi pc y pues hay muchos kits 2.0 que me gustan y quiero convertirlas a 1.

Esa funcion me sirvio mucho en el fifa2002 por que convertia las 3gk en 32bits4s que funcionaban muy bien en mi pc.
