I've played FIFA for many years now, and I don't see why a poor soccer country like Canada has their national squad in the game. Canada is below the top 50 teams in the World, and the soccer program there isn't the best.

If we continue to put teams like Canada in the game, we might as well put even crappier teams.

I found out why Canada is in the game.
The FIFA series is made in Canada. That is why also they use American Players as models for the game.

That explains why in RTWC98, they use the Maple Leaf Soccer Logo instead of their national flag.
