I had an idea for creating a site that was a bit different. I've made an early version of it here (http://assathin.cjb.net). There's no actual content as yet, but i want to know what you peeps think of it. I'll welcome any comments/suggestions whether postive or negative.:)

That's a great idea, it has LOTS of potential! I'm wondering though if there was a way to make the cube rotate a little smoother? Maybe increasing the frame rate or something?

Thanks for the comments ::shinji::!:) The thing is, i did it in Flash, and Flash isn't a 3d program, so every stage of the cube turning had to be drawn in 2d, and then the whole thing put in sequence as an animation. So to add more frames to the animation, it just takes ages to draw more stages of the animation by hand in Flash. I probably will do it, it'll just take ages though!:)

Ever try using Swift 3D? It's a 3D animation program that allows you to save as .swf..

Unfortunately I cant give you any hints because i dont know anything about flash :o But its a really great start! And like Luis said, it has a lot of potential! Good luck man! ;)

Well, I left it a few weeks then rebuilt the whole thing from the ground up again. This time I used a more efficient technique for drawing the frames, so I've been able to increase the number of frames used for the animation, resulting in a smoother look.
If you could let me know again what you think of it now, that'd be great.:) :mrpimp:
