View Full Version : The Best Goalkeeper in the world!! ufojeremy 23-07-2002, 11:10:AM Who u think is the greatest goalkeeper in the world?? Remember u, Karel!! Paul 23-07-2002, 11:40:AM What about Shay Given . . . I think he should of been in that list  Revivo_10 23-07-2002, 11:45:AM Of course RUSTU !! :clapwap: :clapwap: Digitarius 23-07-2002, 12:53:PM Oliver Kahn. He was the best keeper in the World Cup and has played at the highest level at club football. Soccergamer 23-07-2002, 01:50:PM Look at my location. He is simply the best.when other great keepers make 1 mistake in 5 games he makes 1 in two years. The only mistake before the final one was at the euro 2000(the 0:3 from Sergio Conceicao against Germany)!! Jambo Den 23-07-2002, 01:59:PM Kahn is unbelievable. period. though there are many underrated GK's, such as Carini, who looks a good goalie, but does not get much of a chance with Buffon in for Juve. I can't be bothered putting in Niemi as my suggestion :D MisH*The*Manc 23-07-2002, 02:01:PM 1)Kahn 2)Rustu 3)Seaman playmate 23-07-2002, 04:06:PM kahn is the best but it's a stupid poll where there is no rustu recber, no shay given and no marcos.:crazyboy: Internazionale 23-07-2002, 10:17:PM Originally posted by Grassy56 What about Shay Given . . . Yeah...yeah...yeah..., he was the one of the best GK in the Pre & WC2002 Sukur54 24-07-2002, 12:13:AM rustu and khan marcos is not good Can't stop the rush... 24-07-2002, 01:29:AM Iker Casillas!!!!!!! Hakeem 24-07-2002, 01:35:AM I also think Carini is a great goalie. He's excellent, but with Bufon in there, he does not have much chances. But I supposse that it happens with a lot of player. so it's just bad luck:( :( :( Chelsea2001 24-07-2002, 02:00:AM I think Kahn is the best at the moment ufojeremy 24-07-2002, 02:54:AM Rustu is great!! But I think Lee Woon Wae is better!! Corea is like a tiger in WC2002 and wish Corea have a better start in the asia game!! sslazio121087 24-07-2002, 02:58:AM I really don't think you're right I mean Rustu Had some great saves and Lee just saved a penalty that shouldn't have counted because he stepped of his line. sslazio121087 24-07-2002, 03:04:AM voted for Buffon but he's leading by far ufojeremy 24-07-2002, 03:04:AM Despite some referee mistake, I think if a team have to go to the final four of WC. The team must have a great goalkeeper, I think Lee is the goalkeeper make most saves in the game, if dont believe, look back to the statistics!! Digitarius 24-07-2002, 01:59:PM Neither Lee Woon Jae nor Rustu Recber have the class of Kahn. Neither have played in the very highest level in club football (i.e. the latter stages of the Champions League), and both just lived on the glory of World Cup 2002. Marcos is a decent keeper, but once again, he does not possess the class of Kahn. He looks fragile on crosses. arthur 24-07-2002, 10:13:PM I voted for "Others". I don't know who he is or even which country he plays for but I just liked the sound of his name. INFESTA 24-07-2002, 10:16:PM Originally posted by arthur I voted for "Others". Eheh, I think he plays in the same country of Carillas. :D Chelsea2001 24-07-2002, 10:25:PM Originally posted by INFESTA Eheh, I think he plays in the same country of Carillas. :D Yeah lol:D both other and carillas are world class goalies:D |
