I think you spelt the URL wrong, shouldnt it be http://www.frasse.4t.com/Bootpatch.zip instead of http://www.frasse.4t.com/Bootpach.zip. 2. I think Freeserve, like many other web hosting services, do not allow remote file linking, i.e. you cannot download files from outside Freeserve. To solve this problem, you will have to create a webpage on Freeserve and then provide a link to download there. Very simple.
