Like FIFA 2002 I worry as EA might leave out some vital graphical (even gameplay) detail for us PC users, as in FIFA 2002. You see the flares in the PS2 version, well not in the PC version you don’t, something so small that can ruin the atmosphere! :(

I hope we get everything that the PS2 version shows and even Bump Mapping on textures, grass and stuff, as this really brings up the 3D realism. :)

Fingers crossed, but I still (we still) need more information on how the game plays.

RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE PS2 VERSION IS ALAWAYS BETTER THAN TTHE PC VERSION IT HAPPENED WITH FIFA2001,2002,WC2002!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you must take into account that PS2's are better with games than PC's. What I mean by this that they have better performance, and can handle better grafix.

EA has the problem of trying to accomodate as many people as possible with varying PC capabilities ;)

Don't want to start up any STUPID arguments, but I will state a fact that a PC (like mine!!) can produce better gr8fix then a PS2, just check out Nvidia (http://www.nvidia.com)

I have the GEFORCE 3 ti 500 chip which is more then 3 times powerful then the PS2 chip. The standard Geforce 3 is 3X more powerful then the PS2 chip, I have done my research and listened to the experts.

So, when it comes down to it, EA SPORTS could simply add the options in the PC version to enhance the quality visuals and I am sure my PC could handle a few flares in the crowd!!

Besides, this thread wasn't about gr8fix, but why EA leave out features...

BTW the XBOX FIFA is better then PS2, it has better effects and quality 3D.

PS version of fifa 2002 had names on back of jersey but fifa 2002 pc ver didn't had this feature and i can assure that pc graphics are better than that of ps:D
