Componet 'comdlg32.ocx' or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

I ust win2k. and i make a mistick before with FCDB XP, i used it to input xgk2 kit, it got messup the kit when play game.....

XGK is NOT for FIFA 2002!!!!! It's for WC2002.

My friend, I'm sorry to ask this disturbing question.
I really did read all the posts before i came to ask this, and many other forums too. I also did try to find the faq about xgk 2.0. Since I'm new here, so i won't able to read the old deleted posts....

So plz help me out.

Btw, I installed 2002 fifa world cup tm. I think this is what u call wc2002, right? also, I'm using geforce3. win200.
