Would you buy FIFA 2003 if the gameplay was DEFINITELY better (out-of-this-world realistic dribbling, shooting, tackling etc) but the graphics had to suffer, and were of the standard of FIFA 99?

Of course. You buy a game so you can play it, besides the graphics of previous Fifa versions have been nothing to shout about anyway.

ofcourse, the novelty of pretty graphics wears off quick...great gameplay can last for a long time. After all, we play the game, not just look at it.

Besides, EA has never made poor graphics, even FIFA 99 or 98 standards are not that bad, especially if the gameplay was very realistic.

i think there should be an even spread between grafix and gameplay, so if one's better than the other then it makes the game less enjoyable . . .

however i'd have gameplay b4 grafix 90% of the time :)

yes the FIFA 2003 should have the indoor stadium like in FIFA 98 RTWC that would be cool man

With a crap gameplay the game will always be crap no matter how good the graphics can be.
