WHAT'S NEW at 4/9/99 -

This is a major overhaul of the rosters using FEd 99 for the new football season.
The files that change are dbi files so this file should work with all versions of the FIFA 99 - patched and unpatched.

Summer and recent transfers completed.
Clubs' jersey designs are updated (using existing designs from the game).
Club squad numbers updated.
Team line-ups updated.
Many player appearances updated.

At present the following leagues have all the above changes:

English Premiership
Scottish Premiership
French Championship
US Major League Soccer
Dutch League
Belgian League
German Bundesliga
Italian Serie A
Spanish Primera Liga
Portuguese League

The Rest of Europe teams, Swedish League & Brazilian League are updated as far as research allows.

Stadium and tournament names have also been updated. I have updated the UEFA Cup and Champions' league teams also. Please note that because both of these competitions are in a different format this season it was impossible to recreate them accurately in FIFA 99. The Champions' League has all the teams from the First Group Stage + some of the teams that did not make it from the first qualifying round. The UEFA Cup has the teams from the major leagues unless they were involved in the Champions' League.

It's a great idea to do a patch of this characteristics, I've been looking for it since long ago, since I'm already bored to play with the old rosters. Congratulations!!

I need three favors from you:
1.) I don't know why the patch isn't working, it changes nothing.
2.) In your site, in the description of the file doesn't appear all the changes you mention in this forum ?its the same patch??
3.) Could you please specify me which files place in which folders??

See, while I applaud the effort that goes into these, I can't play with them. While rosters may be right, the stats stay the same. Look at Mols for example, totally crap stats but he's a much better player than that.
