Nopre, but you can do it with FCDB XP

Note: You CANNOT swap teams in/out of leagues, because that will cause the 'fixture' problem, i.e. the new team in the league would not play a single game. However, I haven't tried using FCDB XP to swap teams for cups, so that might or might not work.

But definitely, there's no function as such to swap teams in FEd.
