i was wondering if anyone has had the same thing happen to them with players from your youth system

me and a couple of my mates have been playing cm and seen that the players that come up from the system
become superstars in the future if u just train them

from 4 players i got in 2003- 3 went on to be internationals

my mates had similar situations

anyone else have the same thing happen

They were regens, so they won't be in your game, but they were Morini and Moretti.

How do you train these players? I have about 8 players in grey on my reserves, are these the youth team players? I have no idea how to get them into training.

No, not really. Every so often your assistant will tell you that someone has been promoted from your youth academy.

If they are good, or aren't too far off from being good, give them a few first team games eash year. You know, like games against poor newly promoted clubs, and the early rounds of the domestic cup.

My whole team is made up off people that were youth players now there all good some are excellent
