b) good graphics?

a) its a playstation game.. u can use an emulator to play on ya PC (Virtual Game Station)
b) graphics are optimised for psx but they are still good. player animation is 2nd to none. gameplay is 2nd to none! http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/biggrin.gif it really does crap all over the EA FIFA efforts.
c)most international teams i think
plus some world star teams
and a master league - like the championsleague - top euro clubs , u start out with very average players in master league.

The full name you want is "International Superstar Soccer Pro Evolution" in short is ISS Pro Evolution.

Well, I only got this game AFTER i brought FIFA99 and 2000. but i have stopped playing them since i started playing ISS.

ISS don't offer much in terms of graphics but playing the game itself is more addictive then FIFA, there are Special moves where you can do 1-2 passing, or a lob to beat the defenders.

Something similar to Fifa is the "IGM" thing where u play offensive, neutral or defensive, In ISS we can also choose the degree of aggressiveness, and in addition, we can choose our tactics to attack down the right/left flank or attack down the middle and many more!!!

Another very very important thing is the POWER BAR, you will have to control your shot power. Well, try imagining that there is an empty net in front of you and thinking that you will pot it in, guess what? You shot the ball over an EMPTY NET!!! this is just what may happen in real life!!! unlike Fifa, you just close your eyes, Yawn... and shoot.

I am waiting for Winning Eleven 2000 by Konami.

I don't have a Playstation but I would like to try it out. Where can I get a decent emulator and where can I download the ROM file for ISS.

What teams are in the game?

And aren't emulators illegal???

look man i just got this game 2 days ago
and i was abig fan of fifa(bought last five games) and never bought any other games(except one) but now fifa to me is just a bad memory!

this what i suggest:
1. go to www.virtualgamestation.com
and download the imulator(it's legal) and bleem won't work(see their compatability list) it's $50 but u can split it with friends or something since it's just a 3MB setup file w/ no key or anything

2.get ISS

i am realy hard on graphics but this is football just like u see it in TV, and even one of the cameras is..
