seeing as you wanted me to continue

here goes..................

Firstly rename Fitness to Attack
Shooting to Att Mid
Skill to Mid
Tactics to Def
Leave the GK training schedule as it is.

Attack
Fitness = Medium
Tactics = Light
Shooting = Intensive
Skills = Medium
Goalkeeping = None

Att Mid
Fitness = Medium
Tactics = Light
Shooting = Medium
Skills = Intensive
Goalkeeping = None

Mid
Fitness = Medium
Tactics = Medium
Shooting = Light
Skills = Intensive
Goalkeeping = None

Def
Fitness = Medium
Tactics = Intensive
Shooting = Light
Skills = Medium
Goalkeeping = None

GK
Fitness = Medium
Tactics = Light
Shooting = None
Skills = Light
Goalkeeping = Intensive

Also use one of the Unused Slots and Edit it, calling it Youth and set up the following properties.

Youth
Fitness = Medium
Tactics = Medium
Shooting = Medium
Skills = Intensive
Goalkeeping = None

That's all that's 2 it in a nutshell. Using these settings really improves a teams tactics and players stats.
Hope this is of help to the majority of people
and if anyone got any suggestions, complainets
then reply

You can also take a look at some of the training packs that are hosted on CMG as well as other sites
For all those who are too lazy to configure on their own you just unzip into your training folder and just load from the training screen

Id also like to know how effective and important training is in the game? I know you can get away without touching it but do people think it makes a concrete improvement in their players?
