this is the 5th time i posted and the 3rd week i have been waiting for a responce and no one seems to answer my question. Im not mad but just frustrated.....

how do i edit the INI.BIG FILE without the game crashing(I USED NOTEPAD B4)? what PROGRAMS do you use to edit this file. I would really APPRECIATE an ANSWER THIS TIME. THANKS.

use WinPad.... or maybe TextPad(my favourite, but not actually tried on ini.big editting). I'm pretty sure either will do the trick. Notepad saves wacky formatting characters that screw up the ini.big file.

Hope that helps - but I'm pretty sure a search of the forum will turn up numerous discussions about this. People around here often ignore posts with requests for information that's easily found with a little work. Sorta a 'help those who help themselves' thing.
