I have some audio clips and I want to make them able to be downloaded and imported. Can anybody help me with the set up of how I do this. Lukas?

It's pretty simple to do it, actually. First, you need to have the FIFAMania Music Manager, which you can use to convert mp3 and .wav to .str (the FIFA sound format). And then all you need to do is name them appropriately (e.g. chant1.str, chant2.str in FIFAfx) to make them work in FIFA 2002.

Do I need to put them into a folder called Dallas Burn, or what?

Put them into the team folder (the name of the team is the name displayed in the fixture list...must match completely, otherwise won't work) e.g. Dallas Burn...I think it should be named Dallas, if using EA default rosters.

first you should edit the samples to be usable for loop, and you should also increase the volume to maximum possible level. It is also recommended to convert the samples to 22KHz/mono. Then convert in to STR. The you have to copy the STR files into the FIFA 2002\Teams\team_name folder (along with all 4 BAT files for installation/cleanup - you can copy them from any other FIFA 2002\Teams\team_name folder except Neutral).
