And given Seaman's has this nasty tendancy to get beat from midfield in big matches, I can't vote for him. Given is overrated, Schmeichel is too ancient to take seriously anymore, Van Der Saar is servicable at best. Barthez is great, but he gets hurt a lot... SO I'll agree with him and say Brad Friedel. Oh, there isn't one. Given that by all accounts the only reason Rovers stayed up last season was him. And stopping 3 Pks in a WC doesn't HURT your rep, that's for sure. And both Keller and Friedel (despite the fact CM underrates them BOTH) have been considered WC keepers for some time. Considering from what i've seen him do in the WC, he is better then alot(maybe even most) of the players on that list. I voted Enkleman because he has been FANTASTIC recently. Dudek was class last-year but had a sh*t World Cup for Poland. |
