I've created many kits for fifa 99 :)

All u have to do is download jed99. It's the best utility for creating jerseys. Then u will have to edit an image with 3 colors. 1st color is that 1st what you can change when u r changing kits colors. The same with 2nd and 3rd colors.

how do you create the signs on the jersey? do you just draw them on? :crazyboy:

Yes u can draw it ex. in Paint. You have there 3 colors (red, grey and blue) and u can only use that 3 for drawing anything on the kit.
