I get them from Win Customize (http://www.wincustomize.com/)

There are like 166 different ones there. You need Windows Blinds to install them which there is a link to on Wincustomize.

I've used WindowBlinds and i found it did so down my system quite a bit, on not a bad computer. Fine for stability though.

then open Adobe Photoshop, make a new picture and click paste, when you don't have photoshop, then go to Paint and click "paste". :)

hit he print screen button on your keyboard. should be somewhere in the top right corner..... then go to any photo editing program and press paste, save it for web, and upload.
