I think that to decide the true Champions of the World, there should be a qualification system where each Champion of each league are drawn into regional groups, similar to the system for the World Cup with Each confederation taking 4 teams to the final . UEFA, CONCACAF, OCEANIA, COMENBOL or what the heck it's called. then we have a 16 team tournament in Japan or the USA, (where fans will be enthusiastic about other teams) similar to the European Championship. Then we would truly see who the king of the World is!! Oh and it'd be held in late May.

Depends on where it is, If its in SA for example it should be in October, where it isn't to hot or to cold, from 17°C to 23°C.

The teams in WCC should be:
Palmeiras
Deportivo Cali
Man. United
Bayern Munich
Jubilo Iwata
Necaxa
South Melbourne
Raja Casablanca
and the games should be home-away aggregating the results!

No way. With the already clutterd euro schedule I can't see a torunament similar to WC qualifiers going ahead.
Guys! The current World Club Championship is perfect.
Think about it.....the current winners of each region, plus the Euro winner and the current champions of the host country. That is pitting the best clubs from that year against eachother.
The current champions are the current best teams. Tournaments are made to see who the current best team is, and reputation of being a big club means nothing if you didnt win the championship.
So stop moaning about so and so club not being in the World Club Cup even though they are traditionally a good side.
The champions that year are the best that year, end of story.

i think FIFA choose to do the club championship like this is because they DON'T want it to become a World Cup with club teams, since the World Cup is their main draw card. Especially since the club championship is yearly, most teams would spen all year playing league matches, cups, qualifying etc.
Right now its perfect.

Yeah well, they are killing the players. Look at the competitions that they have to play. ECC, UEFA, Country leagues and Cups. Plus International Duties. The average decent football player averages 60-70 games a year. How many games did ManU play last year? 38 in England. 11 in the ECC. 13 in the FA. That's 62 games. Coming off The World Cup. With EURO 2000 qualifying. It's gonna kill the game and the players. They should hold this tournament every four years. The team should be assessed points based on Local and International Play. At the end, have the top 10 teams come together on neutral ground and play. (I know it sounds kinda unfair - but flying half-way around the world to compete in a hot and sunny climate, then flying back to take on Regional action is suicidal. Of course does this matter to Blatter?? NO!! OF COURSE NOT!! THE MAN IS AN IDIOT!! THE WORLD CUP EVERY TWO YEARS???? THAT"S CRAZY!!
