Is Henry's role in the formation to be more a winger and Kanu or Bergkamp is positioned a little bit backwards?
Can anyone please tell me what type of 4-4-2 does Arsenal play and how are players distributed on the field, bias,position (ch,dh,sh,fwd,wg) etc?

lauren and cole push forward very much and get involved with attacking play. vieira and gilberto screen the back four well but both allow each other to go forward alot, so one of them holds position deep and the other drives forward. pires roams across the midfield linking up with teammates. ljungberg holds his position and is a strong midfielder but pushes forward into the box with many diagonal runs. bergkamp plays very deep for a forward and is always looking for other players runs from midfield like pires, ljungberg and gilberto or looking to feed henry through on goal. thierry is the 'go to man' for the arsenal and his game is based on techinical ability, deadly finishing and his immense pace.

they play sort of a 4-2-free.
Campbell and Cygan (or Keown) anchor the middle.
Cole and Lauren (or Toure) play almost as wingbacks as they both are very capable attackers.
Viera and Gilberto (or Edu) play as central midfielders (G-on the left). THey are somewhat defensive, but usually end up doing their fair share of attacking.
The next 4 all depend on who's available. If everyone is healthy (Pires) then you have to make a choice between Wiltord and Ljungerg (as I see it). Pires, Henry and Bergkamp are locks.
Pires on the left mid/wing, Henry in left striker/coming back to the wing. Bergkamp as a center forward/attacking mid target. Then either wiltord as a right winger, or Ljungberg as a right mid/running anywhere player.
So basically your question is near impossible to answer. This is how I play it:
