Instead of having some leagues where the 80% of the teams aren't competitive, they should have a League that includes the teams that classified for the last continental cup.
That way we'll have the best clubs from: Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, etc. from South America, the same for North America, Africa, Asia, and even Europe, this way there wouldn't be a lot of mediocre teams, but only the best in the globe for real challenge.
