Is the PC version a lot better than the Playstation version?. I dont play on a PC, only on a playstation and for me Fifa 99 was simply the worst game EAsports produced simply because of its idiotc gameplay speed. It was a sad joke. It is worse than Fifa 2000 on the playstation.
However I continually see people make comments about how great Fifa 99 was. Could the Fifa 99 gamplay speed be lowered to a realistic speed on the PC or something?

When you played FIFA 99 did you play national teams or club teams? I never play national teams though have noticed speed is noticably faster the higher the speed of the players on the team. Since most national teams players have high speed rating those games play very fast. I play domestic leagues exclusively and find that it plays slower than national team games as there are many more slow players(im talking rating of 8-10 on speed) on most teams.

Also to be honest I got used to the fast speed after about a week, so its not a big deal to me.

Also I dont know if PC and Playstation speeds are exactly the same, as I only played the Playstation version.

The PC version has patches and files that you can download to make the game better. On the playstation your stuck with all the crap...I heard that with the playstation 2 we will be able to download stuff too,WOO HOOO !!!
