Hello!
I am glad that I seem to be able to contribute a solution to a problem, instead of a question or an opinion.
This is about the ORANGES-thing. I just loaded my PES-option file into the game (choose option file in the editing menu) and started playing a match between Ajax (rijnkanaal) and Feyenoord (Noordzeekanaal) and.. LOOK AT THAT: suddenly Van der Vaart, Van der Meyde, Van Hooijdonk and the likes are there again! It seems to be that only the dutch players that weren't in PES still have the silly Oranges-name.
Try it: it should work (but you better try it before you edit anything, because I don''t know if it overwrites anything!
