OK so the old method was a bit annoying when you were shooting from left to right because in trying to get position for a header you'd find yourself playing very defensively, but the time when you really want a full on attack (midfielder sprinting down the wing with loads of space) you have to do a double quick release of the sprint button:rolleyes:
