Sorry if it is a useless post but I just found something that I think hasn't been mentioned before..
To head the ball in any situation,(keyboard) first press the "W" button and then the "S" button...Voila...

thanks for the info, just to clear it up a little, do you press 'W' for a split second, then press 'S' for a split second, or do you hold either of the buttons, or keep holding 'W' and you press 'S'?

The way I do,I press W for a split second and then press S for once..It works for me..I think you can also use D instead of S but I'm not sure..
This is especially useful in keeper kicks and fighting for airballs in the center midfield.I'm not sure for heading the ball in from crosses..I think just W or D should be enough then
