Yes that is the official one.

Comes with the readme and details on how to install, so as all the help files.

I do not know if it works with the demo. I tried it with the full version and it works fine. No problems experienced.

I'm sure they will soon update the official website.

I am downloading from Gameforce on 10 kb/a gonna take around 50 min.... i guess that's better than nothing on FileFront...

The file is around 30mb because includes two installers inside.

I already started editing and works like a dream. It also comes with very helpfull info on how to edit everything. Definatelly a must download.

For all people that wait specific language versions maybe this is the only CC EAsports will release. Running the second installer named Art Installer it gives you the option to choose the following languages.
(English/Dutch/German/French/Spanish/Korean)

However, I don't think EA Sports did that mistake. With the creation centre you suppose to edit teams and add new stuff such as leagues. Well.. what's the point of them releasing a full game then?

A download manager such as DAP (http://www.speedbit.com/) will work fine if you haven't got a speedy connection or you get interrupts of any kind. This way you may resume the file succesfully. :rockman:

Each team can have two crowd chants, and it's easy to import. just choose the two files and the CC imports them for you. :D

Certainly EA will launch another version of the CC and it will be the brazilian version, 'cause the English and the Korean versions didn't work on my brazilian version :(

Crowd sounds import is very easy. You just select a wav file (chants) and you get even the option to listen it throught the Creation centre. As I said earlier, it is the easiest editor you could ever get for FIFA 2003.

Don't think you can add only two crowd chants. I imported 6 wav supporter files succesfully. ;)

Yes you cannot change default data because multiplayer games would be ruined for all having different stats and numbers.

After all, it's called Creation Centre not Editing Centre. :p

fifa 2003 is a multiplayer game ? I don't think so ... we can play fifa 2002 with multiplayer and in fifa 2002 I can change everything ... not editing boots , not editing numbers , not editing equipments ... it's bad , really really bad :kader: :kader: :kader: :kader:

Fifa2002 is different than Fifa2003 in multiplayer and all.

you can see the flags but not the kits.
you need to have Fifa Art installed

I wonder, don't EA have the skills of Chau or the Fft team?
FCDB XP was much better then this official EA utillity.

I can't import a specific face, can't change names,
and can't edit the lineup!!

I've changed a bit some team, and even marked each player in his position,
plus marked 5 players as sub, and the rest as reserve.

but in the game it shows it all messed up
the GK is now CB, and when I want to replace him (in the game even)
he won't allow a field player to be changed with a GK...

so now this team is stucked like that without any abilty to change.

someone have ANY idea of how to arrange the lineups????

Well, it looks like your VGA/Graphics Card isn't good enough to support 32-bit colour...

GUYs how to make your own logo and flaGS?? PLEASE HELP!

Do you actually need the game to use the CC? I've read a few pests around the place that say you can make patches before you get the game, but when I try to use the CC (the game's not out here on PC yet), I get an error pop-up, but there's no messge, just a big white cross on a red circle.

I don't have the full game, but I can make CC packages. I have installed my FIFA 2003 demo into the c:\program files\ea sports\fifa 2003\ directory, and the CC thinks that I have the full game there! (it's no problem, because both demo and full game use THE SAME roster databases).

Does anyone know if you can use your created teams from the Creation Centre in the demo-version of FIFA 2003?

Hey there Titan,I hope this patch works.I just bought the new fifa 2003 and it doesn't have greek commentary because as I learned from CD-MEDIA(the import company) the 2 commentary speakers wanted to much to put their voices inside the game.I wonder if we will be able to make with the new creation center and some kind of greek commentary on our own.I am a sound magician and I would love to make a greek commentary patch with a little help from friends .I hope that Panathinaikos will take a fare result tonight in Turkey.Unfortunately yesterday the referee took the win from our hands.Long live AEK ATHENS...........I would like to now the pirce in EURO for the new FIFA in all the other countries .Here I bought it 48.90 !!!! EURO.Bastards..

I don't know about the commentary, but I am half way of adding the full A' greek division to Fifa2003. I already have half of the A' division teams ready with accurate stats and jerseys, chants, banners, flags, adboards. etc... :)

Ok here is the easy way. Browse CC directory where you installed and find the Art directory. Now open the "Supporter_template" folder and find the logo template.

Open this file with PaintShop Pro for example. Open the team logo you wish to import and copy it inside the logo template. Save it and that's it.

Also there is the very easy way. Send me the logo -via email, to do it for you. :mrpimp:

I have made a logo to for my Favorite Dutch Club SC Heerenveen, it workes fine with me...but there is one small thing...there are some little pink lines around it...just small..

i ran english setup.exe & and everything got installed . then when i clicked on the fifa CC , a message came :- run time error "430 " it does not support automation or executive interfence ............ some nonsense like this ...what should i do ?

Didn't have that problem, although I edited all the rosters and added new players and corrected faces, positions. I have installed the full game at default recommended directory[Full installation]. I installed creation centre inside EASPORTS directory. Honestly I have not encountered any line up screw ups.

What do you mean exactly by `editing` the roster, did U manage to edit the original data of FIFA2003 or did you create a new Olympiakos team from scratch ???

Yes I edited the original data of Olympiakos Roster. I created 6 new players that were missing and imported them to the default team. The kits are still the default ones, however, of course I imported chants/banners/flags. Also changed position to some players and I did not get in to problems with the line up screwing up as some of you get and that really makes me wonder why.

Titan, I wonder if you got me right : you said you edited the original roster of Olympiakos but how did U do it ? When I try to change a player's name, it's all greyed out and I can type in it.

So you'd have to create a clone to change the name right ? I can't edit anything original in CC, whether it be the team's name or the player's name.

Help files which come with CC state clearly that you cannot change the names of the player unless you create a clone player.

I changed the players positions through the CC not inside the game. :rockman:

You seem to be the only person i've seen who's not having a problem, so how did you manage to install your package without the players shirt numbers and positions changing on the game?

I imported all the Fifa data into the editor, made my changes to players/teams, then saved the package and installed it.

Now Keane is number 6 and in goal, Giggs is number 7, Michael Stewart is playing up front and all the other players are screwed up too!!!

See my roster.I created some players and i importing in to the game. All was fine. But After I had to change some things because I had some face errors. I corrected ,and after the second install look what happend.
If you can ,because you dont have any problems, plz describe how you edit the package and reinstall it.(i mean for the second time).

yes, i think you've hit on the problem, the package messes up as soon as you make any changes to it after your initial save. Maybe Titan starts a new package every single time.

If you start a new package and import all your old changes, sometimes that works, but most of the time, as soon as you import the data, it sets all the player numbers and positions to 0 which is why the squad messes up.

Anybody found a way to edit the ingame logos of the original data, the ones on the turf at the beginning ??

I've tried all the .big files and .fsh files with no success.
I found nearly all of them but it's just the ingame logos that lack...

Please, does someone knows where they are ??

you may do this with the CC, see CC user manual for details (Supporter Files Technical Requirements [Banners/Flags/Logos] section)

I have a problem with running patches through the cc. Everytime I load a package (own-designed or downloaded) Fifa2003(full-version)Doesn't load properly. When i select friendly match or season, or whatever of the game-modes, the only thing I can see, when I'm going to select team to play with, is the team-logo only. No text!!!! Same thing when I play a match. No text. The only thing i can see is the score in the top left corner. No team-name.

Then when I am playing season I cant buy any players in the transfer menu. Why? Because there isn't any players there...

I guess when you get into CC you also can't see the fanstuff and the dress of the team.

You have to install CC properly
FIFA 2003 folder must be called exactly "FIFA 2003" and you must install CC to the same folder where fifa is

no you shouldnt, my fifa is on disk G but CC is instaled on C, and it works perfectly

I had the same problem as you had and found the solution. If the language of CC is different from the language of FIFA 2003 you lose team names and league names. The reason is that CC changes only the dbi file from the CC language and corrupts al the dbi files of the other languages. Two solutions:
1. Change the language of CC. There is a patch to change the language. I think it is in Soccer Gaming Downloads Centre, but I am not sure.
2. Change the language of FIFA 2003 to the language of CC.

I am wondering about some stuff in CC, maybe you guys know something I don't.

I have made an entire league from scrach in the CC. Now, how do I make it a working league in-game? I mean to play Seasons and so on. Is it possible to remove an existing leage (for example Denmark) and insert a new one? I know that you can remove the teams and insert new ones, but how do I rename the league?

You can create a new league from the CREATE on top and then put all your teams inside. It works..... as a new league....

But I woun't see my league in the League menu? I have to go to the Tournament and then choose the one I made, right?

right. actually you cannot add new league, just new tournament.

I can't find anything in CC that can edit the players' number at all. I would like to use a hex editor like UltraEdit to edit the numbers, do anyone here know which file contains the players' number?

since we are talking about teams numbers.. I made a White kit and imported it with CC, why are my numbers also white, and not black? is there a way to change this? When I imported a custom kit i did change the color of the kit also.. to White, to avoid kit color clash.
Also My Home team is Blue 2 and Away is White. Why are then my supporters RED??? that's exremly weird.. pls help me out here.

Use access2000 to edit the dev_all_data.mdb in the CC main directory. You can set the kit main color to white, so FIFA 2003 uses dark numbers for the team.

The "color number" should be entered into the x_shirtnumber_col in the Kits table. Each kit can have this (and many more) information stored in the database. First you have to find the kit number (in the Teams table).

Hey everybody!

I am having a little trouble about the language problem, with Creation Centre (the leagues and team's names don't appear).
I know the language of the game and of the CC has to be the same, but how do I do that?? :( I mean... my FIFA is in Portuguese-BR and CC is in English-UK.
How do I change the game's language or the CC's language??

OK, I read all posts and found a few, which say:
Change your language settings! Did so....won't work!
Change the language version in the registry to german! Did so...won't work!

Now I searched through the registry and found a empty value in: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\EA SPORTS\FIFA 2003 CREATION CENTRE and installedPackageDir!
Can NEbody tell me the value in this empty slot? :o Perhaps this will help us!

I solved the runtime problem on my machine.

Start - Contol Panel - Regional and language setting - Changed the language to English UK.

Start - Run - "regedit" - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA SPORTS\FIFA 2003 Creation Centre - Changed the language key to german (my version of FIFA 2003 full game)
and what can I say: IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:rockman:

Yeah that works ! But what can I do now to import a certain patch ... It says it can`t import data casue it was made with another version of CC ... What a **** !

Now I consider myself to be pretty competent on computers & games, but I'm getting extremely frustrated with Creation Centre.

Firstly, having used it in FIFA 2001 where it's incorporated into the game, why the hell couldn't EA do the same, given the 2-CD size of 2003 and the fact that CC is 30 Mb, why wasn't it made to be part of the game??? It would solve all the problems that I and numerous other people are having with installing CC, getting the various bits working, exporting, and installing pkg files to FIFA.

The interface is dreadful - there should be thumbnails for the faces etc, and maybe a clickable picture for player position. You get no idea of what the back of head/profile look like. And then, to top it all, once you've spent 3 hours creating a team, when you try and install it to FIFA, you get that bloody C++ runtime error. Yes, I've tried re-installing FIFA, twice, and CC - and MDAC - and still I get the same error.

So - my suggestion to whoever developed CC is - get back to the drawing board and try producing a decent product... or get back to & enhance the in-game CC of FIFA 2001

Try leaving out asset design this time (atleast kits). I created a team without making its
kit and stuff and that particular .pkg file got installed. The moment I use some kit (I used
the generic templates), there was this "memory could not be read" error when the CC
tried to export the kits. I've spent hours and hours looking for a patch - to no avail.
