On the start-up for playing a maych screen, once it reaches the 12th man, it stops?? how long does it take to load for anyone else. I restart the PC after 5mins???

Anyway, try to re-install the game, some file could be currupted. And as allways: update the drivers for all your hardware!

If that doesn't work contact EA support.

Yup, I have the same problem. I did everything, downloaded new video drivers, reinstalled the game and Direct X, but it just doesn't work. What is your video card, and could you select resolutions higher that 1024x768x32 from the options menu?

I reinstalled the game in the default directory (on C:) and presto: it works! You might want to give that a try.
