Ok after downloading direct x 7 in an attempt to get fifa 2000 working I now find Fifa99
will not work unless I have the EA 1.1 patch installed. But after installation my custom rosters in Fifa99 no longer work. How do I get my custom rosters in 99 to work ? help.

That's a diificult one, it has to do with the
different file-types that EA use. I believe
Fifa99.net have a special utility in the downloads section to correct the error.
You can try that first. If you want my advice: get rid of Dx7, it f***ed up half of my computer.

Thanks Kenny, you are right DX7 sucks.
Since installing it Fifa 99 runs like a dog, before it was like silk. And of course the lovely folks at Microsoft do not give you an uninstall option, once again it is up to us to do the hard work, if you want to uninstall it this guy has made a utility to get rid of it at

I am downloading it now, so I havn't tried, use at your own risk.

All this crap is enough to make me go out and buy a playstation.
