Is there a limit on how many jerseys I can have on the game, and why are teams in my game becoming all mixed up. I am having Italian Jerseys on my english league, and premier jerseys on my MLS jerseys, Can I stop this?

Until we get Fed2000, we are going to have this problem.
If I'm understanding your second question correctly, the game only issues so many player jerseys...

(50, I belive, check for yourself. there in the fifa2000/data/textures/players folder)

and a lot of teams share jerseys. So if you replace one of the original jersey files, other teams will have the same jersey style except with different colors http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/frown.gif
In fifa99, with fed99, we were able to add 14 more jerseys so we could designate 14 new jerseys to specific teams.
Lets hope Chau Le is working on fed2000
