It's damn complicating using the keys other than the basic pass/move/shoot etc, with a keyboard.
That makes the professional mode too hard, so with a keyboard the amatuer mode is really the only suitable mode, even though it's pretty simple though.
The prof mode is too hard, the amatuer mode is too easy.

The only thing you need, is a good gamepad, like the grip system or a microsoft sidewinder gamepad... It have the right buttons to do the job, it makes the game (and mutch more games) a lot more fun to play! You can also change the values of the players, to 16 each. That make the game at Worldclass level a bit easyer... Check at www.fifa99.net for it...

That is partly true, but the game is very beatable when you adapt to the AI's style of attack. I have not only won the league, but have gone undefeated in World Class mode (faster), the skill move you ought to pefect is the skip (Q). You can move on from there.

i actually happen to think that using the keyboard is too easy =(
using the gamepad crap is even easier and you shouldn't bother with something like that or you'll have *zip* for fun.

plus, all the keys are close together, so its a good thing to use the kb.
