since not all of us have access to games played on TV, we cud swap games via our pc's so long as u have a video capture card.. which are very cheap nowadays.
sure it is not the same as watching it live , but if u want a game ...request it here - and see if i or any1 else can help.

Video capturing is a highly demanding feature, and unless you have a lot of HD space, and either a cable modem, T1 or T3 line, it will be hard for you to access.

I think it's an awesome idea, I just think it's a bit difficult and I don't know how many people here are open to helping out the less fortunate users.

i use a"LifeView" TV tuner card which has full motion capture..converts to avi file.
it cost about $150

ahh I think maybe just swapping tapes in VHS format would make more sense?

then u wud have to buy video tapes, and expect them back.. to costly and unrealistic.
get TV card.. record the games using that - then u can swap with others like me..who do the same.

I think you'll have trouble finding The Netherlands vs Costa Rica during the 1990 World Cup since they didn't play each other during that tournament.

The Netherlands played England 0-0, Ireland 1-1, Egypt 1-1 in the group stage, and West Germany in the 2nd round which they lost 2-1

Costa Rica played Brazil, Sweden, and Scotland in the group stage, and Czechoslovakia in the 2nd round, I can't remember the scores.
